The house is entirely self-contained and is rated two stars. It stands in a quiet, peaceful spot only 600 m from the town centre.
It has a panoramic view of the peaks Botev and Maragidik and of the natural beauty of the town. For those who love long walks there are countless beautiful places around.

Four rooms with ten beds
There are ten beds in all, in two double and two triple rooms. The rooms are spacious and pleasantly furnished, with cable TV and terraces.

It has everything for cooking and for the table:
- a fridge;
- an electric cooker and an electric grill;
- a microwave oven and a coffee machine;
- a washing machine;
- cookware, cutlery, plates and glasses.
Traditional-style dining room
The dining room has a large table for ten and a stove-fireplace that brings cosiness and warmth on winter days.
Summer garden and children’s corner
The garden has a barbecue, flower beds and a pleasant corner to rest. For the children there is a corner with a swing and a pool.
